1) General Rule
All payments (“Feeds”) are final and non-refundable.
Feeds unlock digital recognition (such as progress bars or achievements) and do not purchase goods or services.
2) Third-Party Disputes
Transactions are processed by independent providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, cryptocurrency processors).
Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes must be initiated with the relevant provider and will be handled under their policies.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks.
3) Exceptions Considered by Us
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only when:A duplicate Feed occurred due to a technical error; orThere is clear evidence of an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.Requests must be submitted to [email protected]
within 7 days of the transaction and must include proof.
Approval is not guaranteed.
4) Crypto Transactions
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Network and transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.
5) EU/UK Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
By completing a Feed you request and consent to immediate performance of a purely digital/recognition experience.
You acknowledge you waive any statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law (including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive), to the extent such rights would otherwise apply.
6) Abuse & Access Restriction
We may restrict or block access by users who engage in abusive chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or misuse of payment systems.
